Mark Gaines is the Executive Vice President of Finance, Corporate Holdings at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gasses Group (CE&IG).

Mark is responsible for the overall management of the CE&IG legal holdings companies, including all non-operational finance activities, treasury, income tax, legal compliance, corporate insurance, and JSOX compliance. Mark is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the legal chairman of all Nikkiso CEIG Group companies and an Officer or Board member of all CE&IG legal companies.


Mark has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, SOX compliance, external audit, and legal compliance, working for both public and private companies, many with operations across multiple international locations. He has primarily worked in the manufacturing sector, most recently in the Aerospace industry prior to joining Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases (CE&IG). Mark’s extensive career and deep background in financial leadership and regulatory compliance bring valuable expertise and strategic insight to his current role.


Mark gained a BS Degree in Business Administration (Accounting concentration) from the University of California, Riverside (USA) and is a California Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
